MFA OPEN STUDIOS AT THE ACADEMY

The New York Academy of Art is pleased to invite you to our annual MFA Open Studio event on Friday, April 29th from 5-9pm. On the heels of Tribeca Ball 2011, five floors and over seventy studios will be open to the public and will present an amazing array of artwork.

The Academy is pleased to announce that Alumna Taehun Lee (2009) is the winner of the Tribeca Ball Alumni competition to design the back grill for a John Hardy bracelet.

John Hardy was a sponsor for our recent gala fundraiser, Tribeca Ball 2011. 

Taehun has won a trip to the studios of jeweler John Hardy in Bali to see first-hand how her design will be incorporated into the back grill work on one of John Hardy's signature bracelets. Read more about it in the article from Accessories Magazine. Congratulations, Taehun!
