Going to a wide variety of art galleries gave the students a fresh perspective to both timeless and current works of art.

“It’s pretty eye-opening for them and very exciting to watch them as they start to experience what’s really going on in the art world,” said John Volk, one of the professors in the art department that heads the trip every other year.

BRYAN DRURY (MFA 2007)

Bryan Drury's 'Portraits' at Dean Project

By KEN JOHNSON

Published February 2, 2012

Dean Project
511 West 25th Street, Chelsea
Through Feb. 25
