CYNTHIA EARDLEY (MFA Faculty)

Cynthia Eardley is featured in Figure del Ponte: Simbolo e Architettura (Figures of the Bridge: Symbol and Architecture) by architectural historian Alberto Giorgio Cassani. The book discusses the bridge as metaphor and describes two of her very early project drawings and models (pages 165 and 282), in the context of many historical and contemporary examples of great visionary architecture, both imagined and built. You can read more about the projects here and here.
